Thirteen condominiums. One building. From the slab to the keys.
ZUL PV is a full real-estate development in Colonia Agua Azul, Puerto Vallarta. We didn't coordinate carpenters or pick furniture for a client — we conceived the building from scratch, managed permits, built it and delivered it turnkey. Three unit types for three buyer profiles: a studio with a murphy bed for vacation rental, a flex room for mixed use, and a two-bedroom apartment as a family second home.
The rooftop defines the project's character: a glass-edge infinity pool with 360° views of the mountains, the sea and the city; a BBQ terrace with herringbone brick and parota-and-concrete furniture; a sky lounge with exposed wooden beams and a tropical garden. The interiors combine parota wood in the kitchens and custom carpentry with quartz work surfaces — the same materials in every unit, executed with the same rigor.
The building's visual identity was built around the terracotta brick screen — a sculptural lattice that filters the light and gives the facade its own character. It's not cladding; it's structure and identity at the same time. The result: 13 units designed, built and sold. The full scope of our firm.
