Harbor 401

An apartment worthy of its view. Without competing with it.

Harbor 401 is a 282 m² apartment with a direct ocean view — one of the most challenging and rewarding spaces we've worked on. The challenge: designing an interior that lived up to that view without overshadowing it. Every decision started from that premise: warm materials that contrast with the blue of the sea, golden lighting that accompanies the sunset, textures that invite you to stay.

We worked with parota wood in all the carpentry details — a wood we know well for its durability in Puerto Vallarta's coastal climate. The bedrooms were upholstered in highly wear-resistant fabrics, and we designed artisanal plaster headboards that give each room scale and character. The motorized blackout and sheer curtains are no minor detail: in an oceanfront apartment, controlling light and temperature is the difference between comfort and luxury.

The living room set was made entirely to measure. The dimensions, the fabric, the height of the backrest — everything calculated for that specific space and that specific view. The result: three bedrooms, a flex room and four bathrooms where every corner shows care and detail.
