Harbor 107 came to us as an oceanfront apartment with all the potential in the world and an interior that didn't live up to its location. The goal was clear: transform it into a property that earns 5-star reviews consistently, not occasionally.
We worked with a palette of warm neutrals that photographs extraordinarily well and creates the sense of calm guests look for in a beach destination. Parota wood appears in the carpentry details — a material we know well for its durability in Puerto Vallarta's coastal climate. The gold light fixtures aren't decoration: they're the difference between an average Airbnb photo and one that stops the scroll.
The designer curtains, the furniture selected piece by piece and the wallpaper at strategic points build an atmosphere that feels coherent from start to finish. That is what translates into reviews where guests mention the design by name.
